Halloween

1st of all sorry this is late. I didn't even realized I hadn't added the new Halloween pictures. I'm getting forgetful in my old age. I guess since I posted the pictures about the kid's night at the club I just forgot about the rest but anyway.

Yes, we did go trick or treating and we were a little nervous about the whole situation as Klayton is not the most social kid and is a little shy around strangers but he was a champ. Getting him dressed (Kevin had to do that as I worked late, Thanks) was not easy and neither was trying to take a picture of him and Anneliese. But after that things just got better. He walked around the neighborhood like it was not big deal and poor Anneliese had to run to keep up at times. Then we went to Jennifer and Brandon's neighborhood and he was a little more shy and even got scared a couple of times but no crying just apprehension. By the end of the trick or treating he would ring the doorbell, set his bucket of candy down, and then take 3 steps back as if he was saying just put it in the bucket and everything will be fine. We had a great time.

Again on this picture if you look really close you can see his mustache. He didn't like it one bit but I tried.

This is as close as I got to have them both in one place. You can tell Kevin joined the festivities as well. And then the loot! He enjoyed the suckers the most but they were a little messy.

I'll leave you with a pictures from a simple evening at home. You know those rare evenings where everything goes pretty much as planned and you spend the evening playing instead of bargaining with a 2 year old. Yes, if we think hard enough we can recall them. Just teasing! He is so much fun when he is in a good mood. This particular evening he decided he wanted to wear Kevin's cap and he didn't want anyone to take it off. He was too cute and yes I realize how much he looks like Kevin.

Just hanging out watching TV

"OK mom. I know I'm cute but that's enough."

And his eyes are almost closed here but what a pose!

I am supposed to be headed to Maryland for the birth of little DJ any day now. I think they have scheduled the induction for Fri. if he doesn't come before that so hopefully I'll have new pictures of the baby the next time I write

OH, he's such a big boy! Too cute! It is hard to believe he is only 2 sometimes.

Kevin with a mustache? Never seen that before he looks like our Dad.
32 years and he still can't grow one.......haha.

Love the pictures. Can't wait until Christmas.
