Sea World

on Labor Day we ventured out into the chaos of vacationers and trecked to Sea World. After getting 15 minutes into the drive and forgetting our tickets we were a little afraid of what was ahead of us but after that is was all smooth sailing. The weather cooperated, the lines weren't too long, the kids loved the shows and even got to play in the water park for a while.

We started with the dolphins

Then it was on to the fish. Sting rays and sharks don't photograph well.

Then we proceeded to the Shamu show being careful not to sit in the splash zone. Those animals are still impressive.

Next we discovered some kids rides. I'm not sure who enjoyed it more...the kids or adults.
A few seal lions and another show...
A little time at the waterpark and we were headed back home. Thanks to Dad and Jeanette for a great Christmas present (season tickets to the park). We had a great day and the kids were so tired this is what Kenzie looked like before we ever left the parking lot.
